A message from BAUX regarding COVID-19

As COVID-19 has developed into a global pandemic – we know, that regardless of location or nationality, you probably are affected by the current situation in one way or the other.

Our priority is to keep the community safe, healthy and – wherever possible – our business and factories running.
BAUX HQ staff have returned to our showroom in Stockholm where we will be happy to welcome you.
For availability in your country kindly contact your local agent regarding availability in compliance with local regulations.

Welcome to BAUX FAQ section. We have gathered a few of the most common questions and answers below. If you are looking for architectural files, catalogues or mounting instructions to download – head over to our Architect Toolkit Section.

Yes, both the factories are up and running without any capacity limitations.  

Yes, we can schedule virtual presentations in all countries.

Please contact your local agent or HQ to see if in-person presentations are available in your country. For Sweden we can offer presentations at our showroom or come to you.

At this time, our standard payment terms apply. If you wish to discuss this with us, let us know by sending us an email ([email protected]), contact us (+46 8 21 07 07) or visit your local representation here.

Before sending the order, you will be notified, and you will also have to agree on delivery on a specific date. However, if no-one is there to receive the shipment the order will automatically be sent to the nearest warehouse where additional fees might apply.

Your shipment will arrive as planned if nothing else has been communicated.

Yes, we still ship worldwide and we will assist you all the way. Local/national or regional limitations might vary. 

Yes, our sales team is working from home, and our factories are up and running. Currently, there is no delay in either order processing or production.
